On a sunny Autumn morning in 2021, Brisbane went into its third COVID lockdown. CJ thought ‘Merda, what can we do to keep our team’s morale up and the people of Brisbane’s bellies full throughout another lockdown?’.

Following minimal deliberation, two espresso and four grappa, CJ pondered the folk who sometimes buy lasagna for their home gatherings and thought ‘Why not a Lasagna Drive-Thru?’. Over 1.5 tonnes of lasagna were sold on the first weekend, and basta the rest is history.

Today, CJ’s Lasagna Drive-Thru offers a more convivial experience where you may collect your items directly at the door, though, please remember to place your order online.
