Confirmation of your order

Following payment, CJ’s Pasta will send you an order confirmation by email. An email from CJ’s Pasta confirming acceptance of your order represents confirmation of your order unless the email states otherwise. If no email confirmation is received, the order is NOT accepted. Please call 0404 219 757 to troubleshoot.

Once confirmed, the order will be prepared and made available for collection as per the details in the order confirmation email. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the details of the order and notify CJ’s Pasta of any errors. 


Order collection

Please note that your order will be available only within the window of your requested collection time AM (10 am -11.59 am) or PM (12 pm – 3.29 pm)


Additional-Changes to your order

Under no circumstance is CJ’s Pasta able to accept changes that result in a reduction of quantities ordered and paid for. 

You are welcome to make additional changes to your order. This includes supplementary additions only. Changes made within 72 hours prior to the collection date may not be accepted, however, at the discretion of CJ’s Pasta.

CJ’s Pasta will do its best to facilitate changes made with short notice, however, additional charges supplementary to the advertised pricing may be incurred depending on the request. This will be explained to you in writing by CJ’s Pasta.

When a change is requested on your order, CJ’s Pasta will resend you your order confirmation reflecting the change and indicating the order is updated.  More than 1 change to an order may incur additional fees.


Refunds and Order cancellation / Change of mind

Requests for cancellation, full refund and change of mind requests are accepted within 24 hours from the time your order is confirmed.

Under no circumstance is CJ’s Pasta able to offer full or partial refunds after this 24-hour period.

All cancellations are required in writing within 7 days of your collection date. Once written notice of your order cancellation is received and confirmed, CJ’s Pasta will issue you with a credit note for your order.

Under no circumstance is CJ’s Pasta able to accept cancellations within 7 days of your collection date. Cancellations received within 7 days of your collection date will result in your order being forfeited, and no credit will be issued.

CJ’s Pasta reserves the right to cancel your order in writing without reason, up to 24 hours after your collection date.  In the event, CJ’s Pasta chooses to cancel and not fulfil your order or part of your order, we will refund your order in full.


Food Allergies

CJ’s Pasta is unable to cater to any food allergies or dietary preferences.

CJ’s Pasta and its suppliers will not take responsibility for any illness caused through the consumption of food or catering containing traces of any elements or trace elements that cause an allergic reaction to yourself or any of your guests. We recommend that severely allergic guests supply their own food from a reliable source so that can guarantee no cross-contamination.

By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you and your guests will be subject directly to food items that may contain trace elements of food allergens such as but not limited to meat, gluten, soy, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, pollen, sulphites, sesame, crustaceans.


Uncollected Orders

No refund or credit will be offered in the event you fail to collect your order. In the event you are unable to collect your order within our specified collection times, your order will be forfeited for collection until the next business day. Under no circumstance will CJ’s Pasta remain open and operational for you to collect your order after the specified collection times. Your order will be available for 2-days after your initial collection date, and on the third day your order may be destroyed without notice.


Pricing information

Please note all menu prices include GST. CJ’s Pasta will strive to maintain our prices; however, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice. CJ’s Pasta can only guarantee the pricing on confirmed orders.



CJ’s Pasta will issue an invoice along with your order confirmation.


Adjustments to your order post collection

In the event an order is missing any items, please notify CJ’s Pasta in writing within 24 hours of your order collection and we will arrange for the missing product(s) to be made available to you or a credit will be issued.


Credit Card Payment

CJ’s Pasta accepts most major credit cards. Credit card payments will incur a fee of 1% – 2.5% + GST merchant fee. The merchant fee percentage rate will depend on your card issuer.
