We have been crafting artisan pasta products since 1996 and today we are one of Brisbane’s original pastaios (pasta makers).

We specialise in pasta fresca all’uovo (fresh egg pasta) which comprises only 3 ingredients, last-seasons harvest of Italian flour, Australian egg yolk & water.

We are revered for our bronze die extruded fresh egg pasta with many shapes & cuts available. Our pasta ripiena or filled pastas are filled with 100% fresh ingredients with everything being made in-house by our qualified team of chefs.
Our gnocchi is made from sea salt baked potatoes, egg yolk & premium Italian flour with no additives or binding agents.
