We simmer locally sourced beef & pork with aromatic vegetables, herbs & a touch of garlic in a rich Italian tomato & white wine sauce, this is layered between our handmade fresh pasta & smothered in a rich & creamy bechamel sauced loaded with black truffle.

Our lasagna is made fresh then snap-frozen and can be heated directly in the tray (the one it comes in) in your home oven from frozen or once defrosted.

Each 1kg lasagna serves 2-4 people
